Developed a Automatic Container. To Improve keeping freshness of fresh leaf. Developed an auto temp. controller for a hot air generator.

Developed a full automation control device by batch system. Advanced automation has led to oilless at rotary part.

Developed multistage control primary tea rolling dryer. Developed auto feeder system for final tea rolling dryer. Achieved full automation for whole plant. Installing a tea factory which can become future model that considering to pollution control, environmental sanitation.

Changed company name to “Kawasaki Kiko Co., Ltd.” as the company grew.
1975
Developed steam flow meter. The first step of quantifying steaming process.
1981
Developed a micro computer type Final Tea Rolling Dryer which is automated pulling weight process. Awarded for achivement of automated tea factory by the Japan Tea Industry and Technology Association.
1982
To control tea temperature, time and hot air temperature more precisely due to micro-computerized a controller for Primary Tea Rolling Dryer.
1983
Won the Science and Technology Agency Director’s Award for combined automatic machinery development.
1984
Developed a Fresh Leaf Flow Meter which is made possible production plan control at tea factory.
1985
Developed a micro computerized steamer. Enable advanced control at steaming process.
1986
Held ceremony to commemmorate the 80th anniversary of founding.

Developed an FA system for central management of tea processing factories.

Moved the Main office and Technology center to the newly complrted building in Kakegawa. Developed a micro computerized secondary tea rolling dryer combined with microwave moisutre meter.

Acquired quality management system ISO9001 certification. Developed combined type tea steamer.

Developed a high moisture meter with Shizuoka University. Held ceremony to commemmorate the 100th anniversary of founding.
