It is a Tencha manufacturing plant that surging demand in recent years. Traditional Tencha plant could only process about 100kg/h in fresh leaf base. We released a plant for clients who desire to produce Tencha more efficiently due to increase in demand. Traditionally, special furnace which is made by bricks are used however, our plant uses only mechanical furnace which is able to produce Tencha with high quality and high efficiency. Our plant is saving the space and cost, also to reduce fuel consumption about three tenths comparing with the traditional plant. Process capacity is available from ～500kg, we also achieve success in large scale factories where is able to process more than 1,000kg/h in fresh leaf base.
