Steamer

Steamers can be selected depending on manufacturing methods from rich selection.

Steam chamber fixed type, Heat-retention type, Rotary type, contribute to the uniqueness of the tea by reflecting regional characteristics.
The steamer fragment collecting unit can be attached to all models. The total height slightly increases.
K* Low-speed type is available for certain types of steamers. The brush is installed on the mesh drum to prevent clogging.

Steamer H-MR

Strong flavor, to realize softness of leaves due to steaming to the core.

Rotary type (Steam jet rotating mechanism) Vapor is sent into the entire drum to steam evenly in a short time.
The heat-retention layer consists of a steel-plated, double-layered pan.
Stainless mesh is used in the steam chamber. A rotating brush is also attached to the outside of the mesh to prevent clogging.
Features double vapor intake apertures on both right and left sides of the pan. The intake aperture on the left has a valve to adjust the vapor intake amount.

Steamer H-MM (Steam chamber fixed type/Heat-retention type)

The fixed steam chamber with heat-retention layer features a steel plated, double-layered pan.
Steam droplets rarely adhere, preventing leaf discolorating as there is no cooling effect by external air.
Features double vapor intake apertures on both right and left sides of the pan. The intake aperture on the left has a valve to adjust the vapor intake amount.

Steamer MM (Steam chamber fixed type)

The use of fixed steam chamber and of porous stainless plates prevents clogging from stems and leaves, and provides even leaf steaming.
Features double vapor intake apertures on both right and left sides of the pan. The intake aperture on the left has a valve to adjust the vapor intake amount.
